Nataraj is a senior disciple of Shakti Durga. He is an IYS & Psychospiritual therapist, group facilitator and meditation guide who has a profound connection to Nature and Indigenous Wisdom. He is a trained Somatic Psychotherapist and trauma-informed practitioner. He has worked and travelled extensively around the world, enjoys paddling and ocean swimming, and plays the didgeridoo.

Stella Maya has studied with Shakti Durga for the past 18 years and is a senior teacher, group facilitator and meditation leader of 15 years. She is an Ignite Your Spirit Therapist and international teacher of the Path of Ease and Grace. Stella Maya brings her wisdom, compassion and great sense of humour to all her classes, creating a relaxed and fun loving learning environment.

the heart.
Vidya grew up in the rich spiritual and musical culture of Brazil, with early influences from his mother being a psychic channel and
healer.
With his wife he has released 3 albums and has travelled internationally, offering music, healing and personal development seminars.
